Equipment listed for sale shall be considered to be used/pre-owned unless otherwise noted. For titled vehicles, the title will be signed off by and pass directly from the seller to the buyer with no ownership given to CM101 Equipment Ohio.
Equipment owners will retain possession and control of the equipment until the final sale has been presented, agreed upon and full payment funded.
