Growing up on a farm, Don Yeoman learned to operate equipment at a very young age. While still in high school, he obtained a fixed-wing, single engine pilots license. After high school, he worked on an engine crew running locomotives, drove a semi-truck, bought and cut up railroad cars to sell for scrap, repaired pallets for resale and began a truck sales related career.

Beginning in the early 1980’s, he began his association with the Kenworth truck dealership in Columbus, Ohio, that would develop into a nearly 40-year career. Starting in the parts department doing outside sales and then transferring into Class 8 truck sales, Don became very knowledgeable about trucks and the trucking industry. He later worked as a sales manager for a Freightliner truck dealership. While there, he spent five  years dedicated to the custom sleeper market — the large cars with self-contained with showers, toilets, sinks, microwaves, dinettes, fold-down beds and large generators.

In 2012, he agreed to help out a Lakota horse trailer dealership for their Quarter Horse Congress show — which turned into a six-year run in sales management of living quarters horse trailers.

These unique and valuable experiences have allowed him to seamlessly transition to sales and marketing of heavy equipment, semi-trucks and trailers.

Married for 51 years, family and faith is an important part of his life. Don brings a wealth of experience and information to each piece of equipment he works to sell.
